STATEMENT OF MISSION
Time and again, during my 20+ years as an attorney, so many of my clients have been referred to me after great damage has been done to their careers, their businesses and their bottom line. They have been drained emotionally and economically by their previous representation, and their lives are in turmoil. And yet, their former attorney accomplished little but send them bills. They are out of time, deadlines are looming, and their backs are against the wall. Our job is to learn the short-term goals and long-range desires of the client then determine the realistic cost necessary to achieve our purpose. From this, the client can then choose the most cost-effective level of representation. We then form a task force to salvage the case, turn it around and 'snatch victory from the jaws of defeat', for the sake of our client.
